Another poll for you guys to take to help me out here.. I’ve been debating on using direct dial numbers since MOST people have FREE LONG DISTANCE and alot of our International Callers have a hard time dialing toll free numbers…

Now I have a poll created for this as well and what we are thinking is offering BOTH Toll Free & Direct Dial numbers giving the callers the option…

The one perk of using direct dial is anyone that calls on the direct dial number will get a discount in their call price from 1.99 per min USA callers to $1.75 per min and for International Callers your rate will go from $2.50 per min to $2.25 per min for using Direct Dial Numbers.. All who want to use the toll free numbers will pay the regular call rates as it cost us per min while using our toll free numbers so we have to cover our expenses on our end too
