If for some reason you are NOT Satisfied with the girl you’ve selected , please do feel free to let the girl know it is just not working out and perhaps you can do one of two things..

1. Call the Owner of the Company which is myself , MaryKate and ask if you can transfer your call credit to another girl that may better suite your needs.

2. Call the Owner of the Company (Me-MaryKate), and ask for a refund as I will be glad to issue it back to you under the following conditions:

a.) You did not use all of your time block with the girl then decided that she was not for you.

b.) For whatever reason one of the parties phone lines cut out and you could not reconnect and we know nothing had been “fulfilled” during that time.

c.) Acts of Mother Nature - And yes it has happened and it is not something one can really predict, but in the case of someone getting hit with a bad storm, tornado,earthquake we will refund you or give credit for a later date . Whichever you prefer as we understand things like this cannot be controlled.

Reasons you would NOT be refunded:

1. You did in fact use some of your time block and “Finished Early” with the girl ,then turned around and ask for your money back as you feel you shouldn’t have been charged since it was such a short amount of time. It does not work that way guys.. If you “Finish” early and lets say you had purchased a 20 min block of time yet only used 5 minutes, it IS a 10 minute minimum so that 5 will roll to 10 and you will have 10 minutes credit to use with that same girl, so make sure to tell her you will be calling back to use the remainder of your time so she can make a note of it.

We play fair and are very honest here at CERES Enterprises , so we do expect our callers to play fair as well, we love to please so I don’t see any reason why anyone should be treated unfair and all can be worked out within reason by giving me a call directly at 1-888-481-1850 MaryKate, the Owner of CERES Enterprises.

Chargeback’s & Fraud

Please note that doing a call and disputing and/or denying the charges IS considered Fraud and fraud is illegal and punishable by imprisonment or the punishment the courts decide upon.

If we get a notice of a chargeback, the invoice will include the following:

The phone number you called our toll-free number/numbers from. The date, time and length of your call and the operator you spoke with. We will charge you a $50 charge back fee per chargeback to cover costs incurred to us because of your chargeback.

Within 5 days, we will mail you a bill. It will contain our name, your name, the length of the call, the amount you owe along With a $50 charge back fee, and the operator you spoke with.

If you do not pay this bill within 10 days, we will send you another bill containing the same information as was in the first bill, along with your phone number, a copy of our operators phone bill showing the call or calls she placed to your number, and a detailed summary of the fantasy conversation you had with the operator.

If you do not pay this bill within 30 days, we will refer it to our collection agency. Our collection agency specializes in Adult Merchant transactions and will take all appropriate steps to collect this debt. Including making entries to your credit report, investigating and police reports filed and anything it takes by law to collect this debt.
